Includes ballet, modern, hip hop, and breaking,
plus dance-related activities, such as choreography, costuming, and more!

Week I: July 10-14
Week II: July 17-21

Summer Dance Intensive
For ages 11 & over*

Includes intensive study of Ballet & Modern technique, plus Pre-pointe, Pointe, Variations, Hip Hop, Composition, Audition Prep. & more!
 
Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm
August 14-18

*Class placement is determined by age and ability

Tuition:
One week: $385
Two weeks $725 (that's a savings of $45)
All three weeks $1,065 (that's a savings of $90)

AUDITIONS for the 2017-18 Company

Sunday, April 23 at 3pm for ages 7-18 (by fall 2017)

CKDS Company Dancers exemplify a high standard of technical prowess,
artistic expression, poise, and maturity. Those invited to participate study ballet and modern dance at an accelerated pace and have multiple opportunities to perform in community and professional venues throughout the season.

DONORS WHO GIVE $375 OR MORE RECEIVE STUDENT’S PROFILE AND A SPECIAL RECEPTION TO MEET THEIR SPONSORED DANCER.

SPONSORED DANCERS RECEIVE DANCEWEAR, SIX-MONTHS PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTION, TWO PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITIES, AND A MEANINGFUL CONNECTION WITH A COMMUNITY MEMBER.

Many eager and hardworking children in Flatbush battle tough circumstances. You can help them broaden their arts education, improve their fitness, and express themselves through dance at CKDS’s state-of-the-art dance studio and theater.
