OUR WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

OPENING ORDERS:

For first time wholesale customers a minimum order of 40 slippers is required.

HOW TO ORDER:

  1. Prior to approval as a wholesale customer you must first register for an account on our website here.

  2. Submit an online wholesaler application including Tax ID# or equivalent on our website here.

  3. Upon approval, we will provide you with a personalized discount code which you can enter at checkout whenever placing an order directly from our webstore.

PRODUCT SELECTION:

We reserve the right to choose which products are available for wholesale purchase.

WHOLESALE PRICING:

All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP. You will pay for shipping and any customs charges incurred on international orders that may apply. Prices are subject to change.

CHANGES TO ORDERS:

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to sales@cynthiakingdance.com within 24 hours.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:

All orders must be accompanied by credit card payment in full.  

DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

Please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing and fulfillment of large orders. Shipping will be calculated and added to your order total or paid separately through the provided link. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if you agree to assume any additional transportation charges. Any customs charges and fees will be your responsibility.

DAMAGES / DEFECTS:

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact CKVBS at sales@cynthiakingdance.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.

CONSIGNMENT:

At this time, we are not offering consignment agreements.

MSRP:

Products purchased from CKVBS shall only be sold at MSRP. The products shall not be discounted more than 15% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond 15% below MSRP must be requested in writing to CKVBS.

ONLINE SALES:

Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts (websites). Businesses are forbidden from selling CKVBS merchandise on any other online retail outlet. CKVBS merchandise may not be sold on Amazon, eBay, through Facebook Buy-In Groups, or any other means.

REPRESENTATION OF PRODUCT:

CKVBS retains all rights to all images of products provided. Images may not be altered (ex. Cropped, changed colors, added text) other than to size appropriately for website or social media. Any of our images used or re-posted must include a tag/credit to our respective social media. The product must be described in the appropriate category and may not be represented in other categories for other uses without prior authorization from CKVBS. Our brand name (Cynthia King Vegan Ballet Slippers), style, model name, and any other specified descriptors must be included in the product description on your website.

RIGHT TO MODIFY:

CKVBS retains the right to modify this agreement at any time.
