Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on all we're grateful for.
Ms. King is grateful for her friends, family, enthusiastic students, and everyone who's taken steps toward healthier habits (like those who've joined her to support the New York Coalition for Healthy School Food.)

This year, Ms. King hopes more people will join her in ensuring turkeys stay off their plates when they gather with family to celebrate the holiday.
Those who pledge to do so will receive a special recognition.
 
This kid-friendly event will feature:

Our Farm: By the Animals of Farm Sanctuary
* Interactive dance-along led by Artistic Director Cynthia King
* Live music from singer/songwriter Michael Harren
